TELKOM Most PATHETIC company around

For the past few months the internet speeds in the area that I live is really pathetic. Back in 2015 I consistently got speeds in excess of 60Mb with a really good ping an nealy no packet loss. Bus for the pas few months the line speed has dropped below 1Mb and the ping time shot up with up to 60% packet loss. On 5 February 2018 I registered a case which has not been solved to date. Every time I call I am told that they will escalate the case but nothing happens. On numerous occasions I spoke to the Manager (Hophney ,Nonhlanhla, Noma) and still the only story I get told is that it is being attended to.
