Telkom, most painful & pathetic company in SA

The most painful, pathetic company to deal with ever! We were moving house in December 2018 & requested our landline to be moved to the new residence. We were told that cannot be done & we need to apply for a new line. So we did that. Two months later still no service , & when we enquired they said it has been installed according to their records. But we have no phone & not even a telkom line, no one has been here to install nothing. At the end of April we decided after many hours of phoning g and going into the branch, to cancel everything with telkom as they just cannot get it right. Now we are at the end of June, still been billed, and they have not cancelled, the one dept billing refers us to sales, sales refers us back to billing each one with a different story many reference numbers, but nobody can sort out this simple problem!!!!!
