Telkom most incompetant company around

<p>My landline and ADSL lines have been down for a week now and after numerous calls to telkom nobody can be bothered to give me a progress report or tell me what exactly the problem is. As this is a business line we are losing valuable business due to their incompetance. The apparent Supervisor Osten Matebula should be called Casper Matebula as he is never in the office and never returns calls. Staff are useless and so is Telkom as a whole.</p>
