TELKOM MOST INCOMPETANT

This is absolutely disgusting that I can be left for an entire 4 months with the problem after problem! Telkom doesnt respond to me on time and promises are just not kept!!!! How can I trust a company that operates this way????

My telkom adsl line was cancelled by a consultant at telkom as telkom could not provide me with the service in the area I moved to .... I requested a refund of my deposit that I paid and nothing has happend. I always never wanted to mention names but ZULFA the SUPERVISOR promised to call me back and assist me on the 26th of July and today is the 21st and no call.

This is emotional torture .... I have had to take leave days from work all to still have a problem.

I can post emails of the lack of communication and the sheer incompetance of TELKOM !!! Yes its unfortunately Telkom your staff reflect your brand image!!!!!!
