Telkom most frustrating

After being a client for nearly 20/30 years it once again the most frustrati ng process imaginable trying to renew a contract.on consultants advice trying to take a new contract.cant help me because fingerprint dont match even though im in shop in person with id and driving licence and fire arm licence both with my fingerprint on.ive renewed my firearm licence last year as well as driving licence why didnt they had a problem with fingerprint.assistent lodge enquiery but no response after a week.no response on another enquiery ive lodge because of that matter online
