Telkom - Most disgusting network provider out there

I have had the 2tb capped telkom fixed lte package from webafrica for over a year now, ever since we took the package I would say most days we have no internet. If a cloud comes over we lose internet, if there is a storm we lose internet, if it's windy we lose internet. I complained soo many times to webafrica about this and every single time the complaint goes to telkom from webafrica and then gets closed, for most if the months we sit with not internet. My wife had to give up her online teaching because the internet is soo bad, what I don't understand is that if we paying pro-rata then why am I not getting refunded for all the days we have no internet.... Telkom has gone to the dogs, they need to shut down completely. They are nothing compared to what they used to be, they must rather give up now before they become too much of an embarrassment. I'm switching to mtn because they care about thier customers, my landlord is with mtn and because thier network wasn't that good here mtn offered to come out and install a network booster. When I mentioned this to webafrica I get told that telkom is not willing to do that for thier customers and that I must install one at my cost. Imagine the damn cheek telkom has... Webafrica must ditch these idiots because clearly they don't give damn about thier customers....
