my telkom home phone line has not been working for over 5 weeks. we have had more than 5 technicians come to fix it, but all have failed. each time we are given a different story about what is wrong. this is ridiculous. our adsl has also been erratic for over a month. most of the time the wifi does not work as well. we are at our wits end. please can someone help us.

22 Mar 2019, 16:15Its now over 2 months without a telkom phone. I hate Telkom. I want to cancel everything to do with telkom but I need them for my adsl. Once I get fibre I will cancel telkom. But for now I desperately need my phone line fixed. PLEASE
