****** damn Telkom I requested for the new contract number to be exchanged to my existing prepaid number already on their network. Idiot agent failed to do, instead exchanged new number. How dof can 1 be? How can you change a new number to the very same number? Now they've deleted my number which has my whole life on it & they can't fix it. I've been sent from pillar to post. Give me back my number & reverse the contract by COB 17 September 2018 or I send my lawyers to nail you to the bottom of the ocean. Been to the shop twice systems were offline & called the call centre told to go back to the shop. Went again to the shop they have no answers instead I'm asked if I'm sure I was on the network. I've app**** for various posts just recently & I could be missing out on career growth opportunities. The nerve! Get rid of this number ********** 648 & give me mine back.
