Telkom.... More like hellkom

I upgraded to uncapped WiFi in Nov 2020. I was told that the monthly premium will be R500 for 6 months and thereafter R700 per month. Dec 1st I was debited R1500 and then again on Dec 31st R1481. No agent in the billing department can give you a clear answer about anything nor can they get you speaking to someone who has the slightest bit on common sense. To top it all off...I have no internet connection since the the 31st of Dec. If I thought dealing with the billing department was bad, dealing with the technical consultants is a bigger nightmare. The consultants are clueless. Each agent gives you a different answer and after 6-8,calls per day.... I still have no joy or any indication as to when the issue is getting sorted out. Never have a ever dealt with such *********** fools.
