Telkom, more like HELKOM! No feedback, NOTHING!

what can i say, it was expected but sometimes one think "maybe they will fix it"?

yea freaking right! its been 2 and a half months, passing the buck, everytime we call its a different issue and no resolution to the problem! we moved house, and need our DSL moved but there is a faulty underground cable, took them 2/3 weeks to sort out, only to find some Y cable is faulty, got that fixed, now a MAJOR X Cable fault???? *** Telkom, we run a business, what happened to the 48hr turnaround for Telkom Business users???????????

when is my stuff going to be fixed? let a manager call me, or whoever is available and not on lunch/break or whatever...

received sms on Monday the 20th - telkom technician has been dispatched to fix problem, damn he must be coming from far as i am still waiting!!!!!!!!

pathetic telkom, its a disgrace! how i wish someone else can do dsl/telephone lines, telkom will die within a day!
