telkom??? more like helkom

Ok guys this how Telkom works:

They advertised a Contract Device (Dell laptop i5 with a huaweii router @ 369 zar for 36 months)

I was enticed by this since it met all my requirements.

I app**** and got approved and subsequently they deducted the agreed amount.

Ok now I'm await my laptop which could take 7-10 working days.

Naively I waited till the 14th day. Surprisingly I get the most anticipated call from Telkom. "sorry we had the wrong address"

In my mind I thinking ok let me give them benefit of the doubt, human error. Then I give them correct address again.

Two ago I get another call telling me they out of stock, and I must opt for other laptops.

I tried calling their 012 number but it just rings. I tried tweeting them but no response.

What must I do?
