Telkom more *********** than our government systems

Telkom is the worst there is in SA. 1st they debuted me on the wrong date something that every call centre agent of theirs have failed to update. Then they suspended my line only to debit on a different day and take funds out and 2weeks later I still don’t have services! I’ve called in everyday twice a day for the past 7days and every agent has a different reason as to why I don’t have services. This company has the worst incompetence in SA even our public health care is far better. Their call centre agents are the pits. I urge people to not bother join Telkom, don’t
