Telkom month to month contract is a ****

Firstly when you take their month to month they don't mention anything about R203.00 rejection fee if you failed to pay on time. They have stopped debiting me for sometime so I have been paying them manually. This month as usual I made the payment on the 4th (November) while my due date is the 5th of every month. I used credit card so that the money would reflect on time to avoid that late payment charges, then on the 5th they took the money via debit order for the first time in months and I had to reverse it because I needed that money for food. The agent told me I will be penalized even though the money had already reflected in their system that I had already paid. I'm so done with Telkom, they are ****mers who make money by overcharging their customers/clients.
