TELKOM MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT
I took up a 24 month contract with Telkom in August 2016 with an outsourcing company called Real Promotions. I paid a settlement amount of R2311.06 end of June 2019, and then I went to check any outstanding fees, where I discovered an additional R353.01 which was to be debited end of July. My contract period with Telkom was from August 2016-Augst 2018 and now they have a month to month afreement which I did not sign up for and now again I have to pay these additional charges again after speaking to a consultant, who only told me about the settlement fee of R2311.06 and told me the account would be closed afterwards.

08 Jul 2019, 15:52Response I get from Telkom consultant: Reason for these extra payments will be for a rejection fee you dont get charged for it same month and at that time you were assiste with the settlement amount we ddnt have a new bill and a quotation amont is not always accurate it +- the amount given at that time - how then am i supposed to pay the correct settlement amount if all the amounts are not reflected
