Telkom month to month billing must fall

Telkom needs to stop billing people over contracts that have ended and also delaying to cancel the subscriptions its ********* and definitely frustrating, a contact for two years can go up to three years while they're busy adding data and billing you and we can't even get hold of their agents....what happened to human interaction? Telkom is becoming a **** bit by bit.
