telkom month error statements

Have a an account with Telkom recently they have been overcharging me so much i have an upgrade from telkom usually i have been pay 8700.00 every month the last month i paid almost 2000.00 i have called and they agree the is some error with the monthly statements but they been taking from pillar to post everytime i call its usually they still investigating
