Telkom Montana

I was at telkom in kolonnade on the 9th of November with a querie/complaint about signal at my house with the 500gb data. They did lock a case for me and said that they will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours, its nearly a MONTH later and I still havent heard anything from telkom. I was there again today about another querie and while I was there I asked about my first querie and told the female consultant that I havent heard anything back all she said to me was that it shouldn't be like that the should call me and she didnt call them to find out either. I would not recomend telkom to anyone if they keep up this bad service.
