Telkom Monopoly Monster part 2

Cancel my order ( ********** 61A) !!!!! And seeing that it is impossible to cancel the order in a store because you guys decided that it will be a brilliant idea to only be able to cancel online. (Told by a store clerk). I understand the option to "streamline" everything, but it's not. So seeing that I'm in able to receive any assistance in making use of your customer service facilities. I will be using this internet platform as I have had a response from Telkom making use of Hellopeter. Further more if Telkom deducts any money from me or hold me accountable for a service I do not need, it will be noted and Telkom therefore accepts that they are unjustifiable doing so. I'm very sad that Telkom can not deliver a service as it is there responsibility to do so.
