Telkom money ******* and bad service

I cancelled my contract in Feb 2018 and they told me that it would take 28 working days witch is fine with me. In March a debit order went thru for my normal payment witch was fine as well. Than on April the same debit order went thru witch they said wouldn't happen and that my contract was cancelled. I called them the next day and they told my that a refund would take place and I am still waiting for a response on the refund for April. In may the same debit order went of my account witch they said wouldn't happen again because the can cancelled my debit order and contract. I called them again and they said the will refund me for the amount. I am still waiting for the response and the debit order is still going of every month after I cancelled the contract 3 months ago. I have never seen such bad service and empty promises as with Telkom in my life. As long as you ow them money they are happy but as soon as they ow you, you will never see that money again.
