TELKOM MONEY *****S!!!!!!

This must be the worst telephone company in South Africa. My wife got us internet 2years ago. Our contract went from 24months to a months to month basis. We were informed that when on a month to month basis we can cancel and reactivate at any time.(ONLY TO OUR SUPRISE)

We had to relocate and my wife cancelled the contract as we were advise that we couldn't move our line to another province.

It has now been 3monhts after the cancelation and countless hours on the phone and the deductions are still going off.

The service delivery is PATHETIC and when on the phone the one will be transferred to countless departments that just cant assist.

We are currently still paying for our internet connection and we don't even stay in the house where we had the internet. How is that for service???? WE ARE BASICALLY PAYING FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!

EVEN AFTER A STOP ORDER WHEN THE MONEY WAS REJECTED ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER WAS PUT THROUGH LATER THE MONTH. NOW WE ARE BEING THREATENED WILL LEGAL ACTION.

We will never in our lives owe another Telkom line. WE WILL NOT PUCHASE ANYTHING FROM TELKOM. NOT A CELLOPHONE CONTRACT.NOT ANYTHING.

WHY ARE WE STILL PAYING AND WHY ARE THE DEDUCTIONS STILL GOING OFF!!!!!!MORE IMPORTANT WHY CANT THIS BE RESOLVED.
