TELKOM - MONEY MAKING SCHEME

In January, we received a settlement amount from Nudebt Management on our Telkom Fixed line account. We paid this settlement amount in full and then received a confirmation letter from Nudebt management, stating that our account with Telkom is now settled.

In February, we started receiving new SMS's - from Nudebt management - claiming that we now owe Telkom the amount which Nudebt has given us as a settlement discount.

We have all the proofs - the settlement offer, The proof of payment, the confirmation letter we received after making payment.

Since then - we have also been receiving calls and sms's from: P&P Attorneys NuDebt Management Bham Dahya Attorneys

They all claim that we still owe Telkom and the amount is now earning interest.

I have been trying all avenues to get this rectified, but no-one responds to any of my emails - None of these attorneys listed above, has made any effort to contact me or to respond to my emails.

We are now blacklisted - cannot get new contracts from any supplier - because of this

Telkom is directly harming our company - and we do not have the funds to seek legal advise!
