Telkom-Money making scheme

Since I have taken out my contract with telkom I have endless issues with this company.

1)my contract amount is R540. 00 monthly when they would debit they would debit an amount of R1700. 00

2)When they are not able to debit the account the charge an amount of R300.

3)I have been paying them manually since last year because of them debiting more than the contract stipulates.

4)I have been fighting about this debit order issue for months, the contract does not stipulate that a certain amount will be charged if they can not debit the account nor was this said to me when I took out the contract with telkom. They can not expect for money to be transfered to them 10 days before the debit order date because people only get paid at the end of the month and this is just a money making scheme. I have informed them to stop debiting as I am paying manually they say the system does not allow it, what bull****!!

5)They have now suspended my account even though my contract fee has been paid for the month of September and for previous months and they have suspended the account for a debit order fee which they are charging for *******ly.

I will never refer anyone to take out a contract with telkom because they are nothing but money hungry!!

1)Telkom needs to stop debiting my account this is my lawful right and I will pay them their money due until the contract is finished.

2)They need to re activate my account again because I have paid my contract fee and will not pay a debit order fee. If they do not activate my account then telkom will be liable for a refund to myself as I can not use any of network's services which I have paid for.
