Telkom Money Hungry Company

Telkom is the most useless mobile service ever. On the 22 November 2019 i phoned Telkom to find out how much i owe them, however the i was advised that Telkom owed me 2 amounts. They logged a case for me on the 22. The Monday 25 November i decided to phone Telkom and find out what is going on with my case and to my suprised the amount i was told on Friday was different to the one that they gave me on the friday. The case was also closed without been resolved. I have phoned Telkom for the past 2 weeks and everyday i received different stories regarding my refund. The refund amount that was mention the first time seems to dropped and they do not even give any reason as to why the amount that i was supposed to be given has dropped. I have even contacted the Billing department and nothing seems to be happening. Telkom is so easy to take your money but when they must give your money back they take they own time to give your money or if you lucky you will receive your money. I would not recommend Telkom to anyone.
