Telkom Mondo ****

Telkom is a whole ****, I took a contract through Mondo and I am just paying for a wifi that doesn't work. Basically telkom is getting a monthly donation from me. I have been calling and going in-store but no one seems to be able nor willing to fix it. they are only interested in money and offer such horrible services.
