Telkom & Mondo

Worst decision I have ever made, to take Telkom contract!!! I was contacted by Mondo consultant a year ago & i took the contract. Little did I know that hell was coming. To start with, there is no LTE coverage where I reside. I tried to call, send emails but to no avail, & I am still paying what is due to Telkom. Secondly, I tried to complain to Mondo, but I was referred to Telkom, then Telkom referred me back to Mondo. Thirdly, I do not have the contract nor monthly statement from Telkom or Mondo. I MUST SAY, I HATE BOTH COMPANIES & I WILL NEVER, NEVER, EVER TAKE ANY CONTRACT WITH THESE TWO. I am glad next month it is last payment!!!! I want nothing to do with them.
