Telkom Mondo

I purchased a Telkom Mondo FreeMe package for R99 p.m. The debit order for R99 p.m. happened only once and the next month it was R116, the following month it was R160 then it started double deduction of R162 and R116 all of this without any communication to me. Then I tried to cancel this contract but was moved from pillar to post. I informed my bank to stop any debit orders from them, but they came with another silly attempt of R317 but I reversed it. As recently, they attempted to deduct R990 which I also reversed. What an unprofessional business. Telkom Mondo is the worst service provider I have ever had. Absolutely no standards or class. Their networt service was always very poor even from first month. But my worst decision was accepting their contract without reviewing public comments on the internet. In the period of 6 months I owe R1200 for a R99 p.m. contract? It is just a **** at it's worst form. How do Telkom Mondo deals still exist? It is tbe worst contract deal you will ever make and it is a disgrace to the network providers name to even call them a competitor of other network providers. Telkom Mondo is a ****
