Telkom monate R10 for 5MB what a deal !!!!!!

I have struggled now multiple times buying data and can not use it, I am in the "MONATE" area but still, i am out of data after confirming i have 955MB of data first i call 081 180 twice after confirming everything they need ... after 30 min of wasting my time i get told 10210 and get routed to the same idiotic people ... this is pathetic, Telkom takes the money and runs while you need to sit and struggle! Fix your system ! before releasing it to the public, At least with paying more at other service providers i get service i won't RENEW MY CONTRACT .
