Telkom mokopane

Telekom in mokopane is so ridiculous, the service I received yesterday on the 23rd February I even wanted to call telkom head office because the way they treated me I felt so stupid, they have extremely bad service, untrained people working there, how can you sell a product you dnt even know the basic use of it really!! I had to travel from burgersfort to mokopane not to be helped at all. I have been having a contract with telkom from 2017 but if a branch like this keep treating us like trash it's better off closed, a person using a contract phone and prepaid they different, they refuse to help me with Sim swap because I was not having proof of residence, I did another Sim swap with them in less than 3 months but they tell me they deleted my things, how is that possible while they can still access my account why not delete that too, honestly am so ****ed off I won't stop reporting this till someone from telkom explains the difference from mall of the north and mokopane, as they helped me with just an ID. I didn't even take 30 minutes today. We dnt want to stop using telkom just because of their unskilled workers.
