Telkom Mogoes of the year

my dad Stephen Magoleng cell phone contracts ended in March, we did process of cancellation but the contracts were not cancelled. we phoned Telkom and they said they have escalated the matter. even today they are still debiting the account for contracts which ended March. every time they debit, they use a different reference number. today i called Telkom and i spoke to Tshepo, whom confirmed that the contracts are cancelled, and told me to hold the line while he sort the matter, but all of a sudden, the phone was hanged up. i have to re-start. we are not getting clear answers why is my father's account is till being debited for something that ended March. I have proof of emails that i have sent to Telkom for cancellation
