Telkom modern day Pirate

Telkom mobile is a modern pirate that will rob you blind, people please beware. for the past two months my contract has been suspended even though payment has been made. they keep allocating data and billing me for it but i cant use the date because the account is suspended but they keep taking my money. the call center keeps saying they will fix the problem but its been ages now i know government departments that have resolved issues faster.
