Telkom Moblie LTE Is very slow

<p>I stay in Highveld and have a Telkom LTE product with a LTE router. Most of the times my router has 3/4 out of 5 bars LTE but the max I get( when I am lucky) is 5 mbps. <br />I know its not my router because I have done various speed tests across Centurion with speeds going up to 45mbps. <br />Over the weekend I struggled to get 1 mbps, and at times had no internet, still with 3/4 bars single on LTE. <br />I have a multi sim in my iPad which is working on 3G only. <br />With my iPad i speed test on average 10-15 mbps.</p> <p>December 2015 Telkom came to do a site test for an antenna, but to this day I had no feed back. <br />***<br />I managed around this until I this weekend where most of this weekend my internet source had to be my iPad because my LTE was either extremely slow or non functional. <br /> <br />I have been a proud Telkom mobile broad band user for almost 4 years, but lately I am considering moving to another ISP.</p> <p> </p>
