Telkom moblie Internet speeds sucks

I've been with telkom for 2 years now and never have i had more **** internet then now im using mobile broadband and at full signal iget 56 ping with 50kb/s download and like 3kb/s upload witch affect any online app even 1 year ago on half signal i had better speeds then now either they are throttling us or seriously have **** service im very dissapointed i stay in eastvale and everywhere is signal but ****all internet(or cellular network) gonna switch over properly to cell c since the give u at least what u pay for !!
