Telkom moblie

I'm trying to speak to a consultant telephonically,, no luck, the numbers supp**** not working, land line, engaged all the time, I have a contract with telkom mobile, 2969 min available to any landline from my cell phone, this morning when I phoned a land line, my reccurring per second bundle was used up,,,,, I need to speak to a telkom consultant,, to explain to me WHY?? IT is totally rediculous to go sit in a queue at the store outside and wait for a long time, with a stupid mask on, I need proper service from Telkom, Regards Wanda
