Telkom Mobile/Device not delivered after 7 Working days

18 Feb 2019: My online application was approved on Monday, Ref TST157134.so the order was placed for the Huawei P20 lite on a top-up deal. I did it online thinking it would be faster than going to the store. As my relative desperately needs a new phone.

20 Feb 2019: Received a message that order no ( ********** 49A) has been issued and will be delivered within 3-5working days. Again hoping that this will happen sooner. Yesterday was the 5th working day and I still haven’t received the phone but the money was deducted from my account. The tracking number doesn’t work so I have no Idea what’s going on.

Reported this yesterday via email. still havent received any feedback.

I’ve been with Telkom mobile for more than 5years, I am afraid to say the service isn’t as good anymore.
