TELKOM MOBILE ZERO RATING

Telkom Mobile has kept my phone from the beginning of the year. All because a technician at gateway put my phone on factory settings before submitting it for repairs. Because if that they wanted me to pay for repairs for a phone that is under warranty. I refuse to pay. The phone is under warranty. They are saying I must be the one to go look for the consultant that put the phone on factory settings. I have never been to gateway since that day. They have kept my phone for months. Poor poor service. I want my phone fixed under warranty. You have the worst service ever. How can you keep a phone for months? Sies!
