Telkom mobile - Yet again, THE worst service i have received

<p>Back yet again, never in my entire life have i been through such a tedious process. 3 weeks after my upgrade has been done and im still waiting for my device. Countless emails have been sent to consulatants with no responses. I have no idea whats going nor do i know if i will eventually receive my new phone, After this i will never use Telkom mobile ever again, this has been the most dissapointing service i have ever received. Its quite apparent that customer service is not a priority. This has truly left a bitter taste in my mouth!</p>
