Telkom Mobile worst service provider in South Africa

Telkom Mobile is by far the worst network there is, I bought airtime directly from my ABSA account, the money was debited from my account but my airtime balance never got credited, getting a customer service agent is almost impossible with Telkom's new system... it has been almost 2 weeks and no refund nor airtime balance credited...
