Telkom mobile - worst service

Hi had the worst service so far from Telkom mobile. I phoned in on the 11th of November ti stop all events billing on my account. Up to know is this not sorted. Spoke to multiple agents with NO success. Was told management will get in contact but still waiting and was promise to get email...still nothing. I will definitely not recommend Telkom and will end my contract when it expires. Worst service that Ive received ... Contact no is ***
