Telkom Mobile Worst service ever
tay Away from Telkom Mobile. They the worst. There manager at Fourways Mall is Lebo Enele. If he worked for me i would fire him on the spot. Doesn't care if you cancel all your contracts with Telkom as he refuses to help even with a Sim swop. I mean really, if the sin card cant work how can you use your device. How does Telkom make money. 30 Mar 2021, 16:46Well this is a joke. I write a complaint about Telkom on how they treat people and the answer that comes back is, "to bad, If you don't have anything positive to say we not interested".
If this is how the complaints work then why bother. No where can you find a number to talk to management. No wonder the store manager says good luck in complaining. Absolute joke
