Telkom Mobile Worst service ever

We have Telkom mobile contracts and if anybody asks: Never ever get any contracts from Telkom ever. They are the worst company ever to try and supply a service.

Why?

We have made payments Twice in one month because they want to suspend our phones. Then we saw that there are two accounts on our account and they can`t figure it out. Are the accounting department complete idiots or is it just people filling the roster for the day and sit around all day drinking coffee or tea? maybe they don`t even have an accounts department as there is now way of contacting them and getting something sorted out.

And then don`t get me started on call center agents. We have spoken to 6 different agents with all different stories. What seems to me that they all work on different systems that's not even linked. All the agents have escalated the issue to nowhere and nothing happened.

What will Telkom do about this issue?

Will they fix the company anytime in this lifetime?
