Telkom Mobile - worst service ever

<p>Since middle of last year up to date i have received about 5 different dates at which i will be able to upgrade. </p> <p>The last being the 7th of August. I queried this on Sunday and up till now i have received absoultely no feedback whatsoever. I then proceeded to make contact with telkom mobile team earlier this morning only to receive another date at which i will be able to upgrade. I am absolutely livid as I am tired of hearing something different every single time i speak to a consutant or someone instore. Feedback from them is also pathetic , as i rep**** to the email and received an email stating that my email has failed to send due to the fact that the consultant mailbox is full??? What kind of service is this?? I am at the point of cancelling my contract and going over to another service provider, this way i might be able to receive some form of service and decent signal!</p>
