Telkom Mobile worst service ever

Thank goodness I will be back on Vodacom's network after 1 year. I experience for more than 5 months with Telkom mobile to fix the calls that keeps on dropping it cost money. And they never have fixed the problem. I wasted time and money with Telkom by not fixing the problem there IT guys do not exist they still tending to it and its over 5 months now. Telekom mobile services is really bad and would advice not to import your number to Telkom mobile service witch never existed. it takes 1 to 2 hours to get hold of there lazy customer care staff that even don't know what they are doing there. And you can hear at the back ground how loud the rest is. It sounds like they having a huge party on the go. Government departments as always. They want every thing but can't run it. but a ponzi **** they can run good. We need sprint or T&T from the USA in South Africa.
