Telkom Mobile Worst Service Ever

I placed an order of Tablet Tab E, from Telkom Mobile Jhb, they took 3 weeks to deliver, and after i received the Tab, they told me after I receive it willbe activated to access the internet after 48 hours, I keep calling them to activate they talks some technical terms, but they never activated my tab, even now im still offline, its the 3rd of May. Telkom not only your network is slow but also your service. I'd mention the name of those consultants but I still respect them. Im done with it I wish they can take it back.
