Telkom Mobile worst service.

Telkom Mobile has to be the worst service provider around. Everytime I have to deal with them I get disappointed more than the last time. The staff they have in their stores aren't client oriented and the company itself is full of s#!t. How can they not debit our accounts and blame it on the consumer?
