**** Telkom Mobile, worst network ever

Telkom Mobile is the most disorganised unprofessional establishement of all time. Lost my phone on the 16th of April, went to their store in Mthatha BT Ngebs to do a simswap. I was told it would take 2 to 24 hours to activate. Woke up on the 17th of April, it still had not activatd, went back to the store, was told to be patient and wait a little longer. From then I basically went there everyday for a week, still no change. I tried calling the customer service centre several times, and would be on the phone for an hour with no results. it is now the 24th of April, a full week and no 1 is assisting me. My number is linked to whole lot of things and I can't access them. I just want my number back so I can go to another network. This is uncalled for. Extremely disgraceful. Clearly they don't know what they doing if they can not solve such a minute thing. And I have to be the 1 chasing after them and they not even bothered. if anyone is using this network I would recommend you port to a different network, there is no customer care at all.
