Telkom Mobile worst experience

I have had the worst experience with Telkom mobile. After taking a phone contract in 2017, they told.me about their insurance which I took in 2017. In 2020 after taking my insurance money for years when I called they told me my phone is not cover but they have a different item covered which surely does not belong to me. I followed this uo dor minths calling them almost daily, telling me to call their insurance, their insurance taking me back to them saying they dont load any device onto the system but telkom does. After months of this back and forth they agreed to refund me for the years. Its been more than 6 months of calling almost daily for them to transfer the refund to my account but they dont. All they do is open the ticket everytime I call and after few days, I receive an sms that the ticket is closed without them resolving the issue. I have opened more than 20 tickets on this matter with no assistance. Can telkom mobile contact me as I am very dissappointed and annoyed with all this. My number is ***
