Telkom mobile worst cellphone network experience ever

<p>Worst experience yet. They made a mistake and suspended my account for arrears even though my monthly debit order for my arrears was successful. My previous debit order had bounced because they deducted on the incorrect date. Then they ran it again and in order to get the funds, it was then succesful however they still suspended it. Their reason for this is that they have a process that takes 7-14 working days to see that a payment was successful. They never informed me and they say that they won't do anything to help me. I should wait at least a week with my suspended account.</p>
