Telkom Mobile worse service of the year

Hi There, I app**** for Telkom contract at istore in fourways crossing at about 20 December 2018 and istore fourways only got back to me on the 17 Jan 19, I rejected the offer because I already have a phone from telkom store... It took istore almost a month to approve the contract. In addition they promised to cancel the contract the same day. Now I have been paying 3 months of installments for the phone I don't have nor accepted. . I have been calling telkom (081 180) and istore. Now telkom call centre is telling me that in addition I will have to pay R 9560 if the contract is canceled. No one is willing to assist or take responsibility for they have done to me. Anyone with suggestions as to how can I resolve the issue(telkom reference ********** 9)
