Telkom Mobile - What a terrible service!!!

Telkom Mobile’s Customer Service is nonexistent. They have been overcharging me for months. I called them on 6 November to log a complaint. I was told I would be refunded. A month later, nothing has happened. The Call Centre Agents are useless. The Manager is nowhere to be found.
