Telkom Mobile WASPS.

I was so glad when Telkom Mobile said they were not allowing WASPS on their network. Well now they have and I have picked up one *******ly on my number. As soon as I load airtime it takes funds for the time that it couldn't until my airtime is depleted. All the networks have a number that you can sms to block these WASPS except for of course Telkom Mobile. They say that you have to do it on the Telkom APP. I have downloaded the app several times and it does not anywhere give me the option to protect my number as they state on the internet. The Telkom call centre (180) is a total waste of time, nobody answers and the closest Telkom shop is 57kms away in another town. It is a horrible situation to be in and the only way that I can see to go is to change to a network that gives you the sms facility to block these ******* WASPS.
